Welcome to Shakleford Records. By accessing or using our website located at www.shaklefordrecords.com and/or using our mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Registration & Account Security

To access certain features of the service, including streaming music and viewing music videos, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Shakleford Records offers a Free Sample Plan, a Monthly Subscription Plan, and a Premium Plan. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user profile panel.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on this platform, including but not limited to audio tracks, lyrics, videos, design elements, animations, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shakleford Records and its licensors. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or broadcasting of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Store Guidelines Compliance

Our subscription services comply fully with the Apple App Store Guidelines (Section 3.1.1 - In-App Purchase) and Google Play Store Developer Policies. If you access our services through our iOS or Android application, payment processing and subscription management will align with native platform billing systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shakleford Records is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Shakleford Records be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform.
